Elijah de la Campa 

Welcome! I am an economist at Freddie Mac where I study barriers to homeownership in the US. I am a former Senior Research Associate in Economics and Urban Analytics at the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative and a former Research Affiliate of the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies.

My research addresses inequality in the urban space, with a particular focus on housing and criminal justice policy, and has been featured in media outlets such as the New York Times, Philadelphia Inquirer, and CBS News. 

I received my PhD in Public Policy from Harvard University in 2020.  My CV is available here.
